Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account, forfeiture of any purchased tokens, and potential legal action.
Certain features on the Jerkmate platform—such as entering private chat rooms, participating in exclusive broadcasts, or tipping models—require the use of our virtual currency, commonly referred to as "Tokens." When you purchase Tokens, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these digital goods exclusively within the Jerkmate official ecosystem.
All purchases made on the site are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable, except where strictly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining Token balance in your wallet will be instantly forfeited without compensation. Jerkmate dating services and billing operations utilize secure, discreet payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment gateways) to charge the designated payment method for the full amount of your purchase.
All original content, branding, logos, software, algorithms (including the WebRTC streaming technology), and interface designs present on the Jerkmate website are the exclusive intellectual property of Jerkmate and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our proprietary code.
If you participate in Cam-to-Cam (C2C) broadcasts or submit textual content via chat boxes, you grant Jerkmate live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit that content for the sole purpose of facilitating the service. However, you retain full ownership of your personal broadcast feed. You warrant that any content you broadcast does not infringe upon the rights, privacy, or copyrights of any third party.
The models and performers broadcasting on the Jerkmate cams network are independent contractors or represent third-party studios. They are not direct employees of Jerkmate. We provide the technological platform that facilitates these connections but do not control the specific actions, views, or broadcast schedules of individual performers.
While we enforce strict moderation standards, you acknowledge that by using a live adult streaming site, you may encounter content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Jerkmate service at your own risk. Furthermore, any arrangements, agreements, or transactions made directly between you and a performer outside of the official Jerkmate token system are done entirely at your own risk; we explicitly disclaim all liability for such external interactions.
The Jerkmate official platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous operation of the site, the quality of the video streams, or the accuracy of the information provided by users. Jerkmate explicitly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the service exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jerkmate and its respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Jerkmate cams service, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the unilateral right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or technological advancements. These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of your use of the Jerkmate platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Jerkmate corporate entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, arbitration, or proceeding relating to this Agreement must be instituted in the competent courts of that specific jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
